According to Simon, pricing decisions were influenced by time constraints around implementing proper regional pricing. Instead of delaying launch or creating inconsistent pricing across countries, the team chose to lower the overall cost of the game globally.
This approach makes Hytale more accessible to a wider audience while giving dedicated fans a way to further support ongoing development through the optional packs. The cosmetics included in these bundles are purely visual and will not provide gameplay advantages.
